CS Palvai Vikram Reddy is a Fellow Member of ICSI with over a decade of professional experience in corporate and regulatory advisory. He holds qualifications in Business Administration and Law, with expertise in Company Law, FEMA, and Tax Laws. His practice includes handling corporate restructuring, takeovers, buy-backs, acquisitions, ESOPs, rights issues, QIPs, and FDI & ODI compliances. He has also represented clients before the NCLT and served as Chairman of the Hyderabad Chapter of ICSI.
